I said that isn't the case and I sent them screenshots showing that when I manually search for songs that were on my favorites, they somehow still show up as a favorite, but they aren't saved to my profile page. I wrote to them and let them know and their response was that I must have a separate account that I forgot about. I accumulated a favorites list since opening my account that had around 40 songs and the whole thing somehow vanished about a week ago. Nothing matters as long as they get your money. It's obvious that ULTIMATE GUITAR is a scam business.
